A complete paper-plastic recycling system, integrating shredding and dehydration. Our company provided a complete paper-plastic recycling production line for an Indian paper-plastic manufacturer with an 8-ton/day capacity (customizable). The line includes an automatic loading system, pulp separation, centrifugal cleaning, and dehydration and drying modules.

Installation and commissioning took 20 days. The electronic control system was optimized for the local high-temperature and humid environment, and the main unit utilizes corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Since the equipment was put into operation, the plastic recovery purity has increased to 97%, and the pulp reuse rate has reached 95%.
