A large amount of waste packaging bags from supermarkets and storage centers contain a dense mixture of paper and plastic, making traditional separation difficult, resulting in low recycling rates and high incineration emissions. After extensive research, a Kazakhstan customer ultimately chose to work with our company and purchased paper and plastic separation equipment. This system utilizes a design that combines vortex washing with gravity separation, precisely separating kraft paper and PE film.
The entire production line includes five steps: crushing, pulping, hydraulic classification, centrifugal separation, and drying. Installation took only 15 days, and upon commissioning, it can process approximately 5 tons of composite packaging waste daily. The equipment operates stably, achieving a separation purity exceeding 98%. The paper pulp is recycled back into the paper mill, while the plastic is sold to a local recycled pellet plant.
Customer feedback indicates that this equipment has helped the company reduce landfill waste by nearly 800 tons annually, increase production revenue by 30%, and successfully obtain green certification from the local government.
