Industrial Paper-Plastic Separation Machine
polycoated Paper Recycling Solutions
The Paper-Plastic Recycling Machine integrates crushing, pulping, separation, and drying into a fully automated process. It effectively delaminates paper and polymer layers without damaging fiber quality, achieving high recovery rates and clean outputs suitable for industrial reuse. The machine utilizes a process consisting of raw material pretreatment → high-speed crushing → paper-plastic separation → pulp deslagging → pulp dewatering → pulp filter pressing. It effectively separates plastic film, three-layer composite aluminum film, and laminated layers from paper fibers. Customers can choose from various configurations based on their production capacity requirements, including 500 kg/h, 1 t/h, or even large-scale production lines exceeding 3–5 t/h.
